NEWPORT, RI – A weekend trip to Newport, RI is incomplete without a stop into Diego’s Mexican Restaurant on beautiful Bowens Wharf.  Craving authentic Mexican fare, Owen O’Connor stopped in for some delicious empanadas with chipotle aioli and margaritas. Other recommended items (not pictured) include the fish tacos, blood orange margaritas, and freshly made churros for dessert!
